Villa Description
-Room one: Extra large double bed (2×2) for two people
-Room two: Extra large double bed (2×2) with hydromassage and bathroom for two people
-Room three: large double bed (1.5×2) with dressing room for two people
-Room four: large double bed (1.5×2) for two people
-Room five: single bed (90×2)
for one person, possibility of putting an extra bed and converting it for two people
-3 full bathrooms and a toilet (no toilet)
(all rooms have air conditioning)
-Main living room and full kitchen
Prices
-The reservation will only be made effective by paying 50% of the total price by bank transfer. The remaining 50% of the payment will be paid upon delivery of the keys and signing of the contract.
-Security deposit of 2000eur that will be returned upon departure after verifying the condition of the villa.
-The minimum period of stay will be seven days (weekly), trying as far as possible to make Monday the day of arrival and departure.
-Credit cards are not accepted
-Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Cancellations
-The client who makes the reservation will have the option to cancel it in a period not exceeding 30 days, after having made full payment, with a charge of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Once 30 days have passed from the day of the reservation, a charge of 100% of the stay will be applied.
