Our Migjorn house is located within the private estate Can Toni Blay (closed area with exclusive access code for clients), at km 10.3 of Formentera.

800 meters from the property we find Migjorn Beach, where we can access it on foot or by car without having to go out to the main road.

The fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí is located 1 km away, next to Ses Platgetes beach and equipped with restaurants, terraces, pharmacy, supermarket, ATM, car rental office, shops…

The price of the stay includes entrance cleaning (not daily cleaning), bed and bath linen (one bath towel and one toilet towel per person, one bath mat for each bathroom, one beach sarong per person and welcome amenities ). The cost of an extra set of sheets is €3 and the cost of an extra set of towels is €3.

A change of bathroom linen is carried out twice a week for stays longer than one week, and a change of bed linen weekly.

For stays of less than one week, a cleaning fee of €300.00 will be charged.

We have cribs, high chairs and bed rails at no additional cost.

RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

Check-In time is from 4:00 p.m., while Check-Out must be done before 11:00 a.m. If customers can enter earlier or leave later than the established time, they will be notified.
The water in the house is slightly saline. Not suitable for direct consumption, but suitable for cooking and showering.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The house must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered at Check In.
The organization and celebration of any type of events in the house is strictly prohibited, unless it has been expressly contracted for this with the express authorization of the property.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

To formalize the reservation, 30% of the total amount is paid by bank transfer, 30% two months before the day of arrival and the remaining 40% 15 days before the arrival date, along with the €400 deposit and the ecotax. .

The deposit is refunded the day after departure by bank transfer after verifying that there has been no damage to the house. Currently the cost of the ecotax is €2.20 per person per day (those under 16 years of age do not pay the ecotax).

CANCELATION CONDITIONS:

The client has the right to cancel the reservation subject to the following conditions:

Refund of the reservation if it is canceled more than 60 days before the date of entry into the accommodation.
If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days before the date of arrival at the accommodation, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded.
A cancellation is considered made when the lessor has received the cancellation in writing.
