Complejo iniciado en 1964 y reformado en su totalidad en el a¡o 2018. Estilo totalmente de la isla de Formentera, mediterráneo, con pérgolas de madera que simulan las “barracas” donde los habitantes de Formentera ubican sus peque¡as embarcaciones que usan para salir a pescar. Predomina la madera pura sin artificios ni disimulos, las paredes blancas y ambientes claros y puros como las casas tradicionales de Formentera. Detalles como las alfombras de tejidos típicos mediterráneos destacan sobre unos suelos continuos grises que eran los que se usaban en las casas “payesas” de la isla.

4 de ellas son apartamentos con una habitación independiente.
13 son estudios de diferentes configuraciones.
Se dispone de un estudio totalmente adaptado y accesible para personas con movilidad reducida.

APARTAMENTOS DESDE 40m2.

La ocupación máxima de los apartamentos es de 2 personas adultas y 2 niños. Todas las habitaciones son de NO FUMADORES.

Apartamentos con dos ambientes diferentes que configuran un total de 40 m2 + 6 m2 de terraza en la planta de arriba, los apartamentos de la planta baja tienen una terraza de 10 m2.

Zona de salón con sofá cama y cocina. Terraza y habitación doble con zona de despacho y baño separado. Dos apartamentos ubicados en planta piso y dos en planta baja. Camas de matrimonio de 180 x 200

ESTUDIOS DESDE 26m2.

Ocupación máxima de los estudios: 3 personas. Todos los estudios son de NO FUMADORES.

Nuestros estudios van desde los 26 m2 hasta los 40 m2, con terrazas que van desde los 13 ‘5 m2 hasta los 27 m2. También hay algunos que no tienen terraza, pero tienen balcón.

Todos los estudios se componen de distintas configuraciones que hacen que ninguno sea igual al otro. Hay estudios con dos salas comunicadas y estudios con una gran sala única. Grandes terrazas. Los estudios se ubican en planta piso y tres de ellos en planta baja, incluido el estudio accesible para minusválidos. Camas de matrimonio de 180 x 200

CHILL OUT EN LA AZOTEA

Disponemos de una zona chill-out en la terraza del primer piso con espectaculares vistas de toda la zona de Es Caló, las playas de la zona y los acantilados de La Mola.
Auténtica zona de relax con sofás y minibar para disfrute de nuestros huéspedes.

PISCINA EXTERIOR

Zona de jardín en la parte norte del complejo donde se ubica la piscina con zona de solárium, hamacas y jardines. Disponemos de toallas y sombrillas a disposición de nuestros clientes.

PARKING PRIVADO

Ubicado en la parte este del complejo y a nivel de calle. Uso gratuito.
